Job Description
In this position, you will be providing excellent customer service for ecommerce and drop shipping by handling inquiries, assisting with orders and returns, and coordinating with suppliers via phone and email.
Requirements:
* Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
* Experience in customer service, order management, or supplier coordination
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and organization
* Availability to work during US PST business hours
